- What is included in a standard house cleaning?
- A standard cleaning covers kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting of furniture and accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of all floors, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors and trash removal.
- How much does house cleaning cost?
- Pricing depends on the specific needs of each home. We'll assess the space and cleaning requirements before providing a personalized estimate. The first visit may cost more when a deeper cleaning is needed, while regular maintenance pricing is based on the cleaning needs and interval between visits.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Many clients are at work while we clean. You can let us in yourself or arrange access in advance, whichever you prefer.
- Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
- Yes. We arrive with our own supplies and equipment. If you would rather we use specific products on your floors or finishes, just leave them out and let us know.
- Does deep cleaning include the inside of cabinets and appliances?
- Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, refrigerators and other appliances is not automatically included. These services are available upon request and should be arranged in advance.
- How often should I schedule regular cleaning?
- Cleaning frequency is customized based on each client's needs, priorities, schedule, and home. We'll help you choose a cleaning routine that makes the most sense for your space and expectations.
- How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
- Picking up loose items from floors and counters helps us spend our time cleaning instead of tidying. Everything else is up to you.
