- Should the property be empty before cleaning?
- Empty units clean best and let us reach every surface. If furniture is still in place, tell us in advance so we can plan the visit and the estimate.
- Does move-in or move-out cleaning include the inside of cabinets and appliances?
- No. Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances is not included in the standard service. These items are available upon request and must be scheduled in advance. Additional charges may apply.
- Can you coordinate access with a landlord or property manager?
- Yes. Set up a secure key or access process in advance and we work directly with them on the day of the cleaning.
